Its been another crazy working week of travelling. I went to Didcot on Monday, Central London yesterday and this morning Turnham Green (London). Today was definitely the coolest meeting i’ve ever had - I went onto the live set of a TV channel - Bid TV - not the most glamorous channel admittedly, but still - Live TV! We toured the production room full of screens and control desks before going into the studio with the sexy presenter Sarah whilst she sold a set of cushions. We found a video of her on youtube when we got back to the office - check it out! Even home shopping channel presenters have obsessive fans! Funny as! She is fit in real life I can confirm - Doug and I even got a cheeky smile and wave!

I booked an appointment at a swanky hairdressers for tomorrow in the Laines. I haven’t given up on the old ‘growing my hair’ thing, but it needs tidying up! Its in preparation for this weekend which should be a good one. Saturday is Claires Pimps and Hookers party. I can’t wait! I’ve been contemplating dressing as a hooker - last time I donned stockings, heels and a Tina Turner wig I was very successful with the ladies This time though I quite fancy being a pimp. Alex and I checked out some quality Tommy Guns in poundland this afternoon and I’ve had my eye on a trilby in Oxfam for weeks!

By the way, I’ve bought a guitar. Amit - you are my rock idol and I am copying you! I’ve been well into various bands for months - Arctic Monkeys, Razorlight, Hard-Fi and The Kooks to name but a few. I’ve started to feel a little silly playing air guitar to myself so thought it about time I learnt properly! I’ve already picked up the major chords for a few tunes, but my finger tips are caining! Roll on the Calluses! My weak wrist hasn’t been too bad though which is all good! Having a proper guitar however has only made the air guitar playing worse. I found myself subconsciously practicing chords in my meeting today! Better than subconciously shifting my tackle I guess (although I probably did that too!)

So roll on this weekend’s fun. Extra hour in bed on Sunday too - crappy dark afternoons from now on though - I hate winter.
