This weekend was by-the-by. I don’t really know if it actually happened!

I went to Duncan’s on Friday for dinner, which was really nice - especially seeing Caroline again (well done for the new Job chick!) On Saturday I went to the girls house for Abi’s welcome gathering in the evening. I got VERY drunk VERY quickly - partially cos i’d been drinking since 5pm and had no water, and partially because we were drinking ridiculously strong Mojito’s (thanks Pumba!) We played the surname/first name drinking game - you know - the one where you say the name of a celebrity who’s first name begins with the letter of the surname of the previous - like Ralph Little - Lily Savage - Steve McClaren - Michael Jackson etc. Anyway, I was crap and had a full on mental block, so the drink while you think rule resulted in a lot of drinking for me - as well as rum induced hot flushes (really need to stop drinking spirits with no water!) I had to go and cool off on the sea front with a beer!

Sunday, I felt rough as sandpaper, but managed to get up and sort out an off the cuff sunday roast for 6 - despite being sick in the morning and not actually eating any myself! Not my best Roast by any means, but given it was for the lads (and Emma - honorary lad) and I felt so rough it wasn’t a bad effort! We watched the Man U v Chelsea game which wasn’t a memorable game by any stretch of the imagination. Jose Mouriniho has become rather boring of late although he did do his famous wandering off down the tunnel half way through the game, then returning and sitting up in the stands. Fergie just sat there chewing. Boring little man. I hate United - they are so dull. Their fans are by far the dullest in the Prem. It’s customary for fans to shout abuse at the other team when they take a throw in - but not for Man U fans - they just sit there bored. Yawning. Just like i do when watching them play. Yawn Yawn Yawn.

I’m going to try very hard not to drink this week - i need to think not drink! I seriously destroyed my liver last week, and next weekend I have the Southampton Olympics - so need to train! Woo! Going to see Seany and have a table tennis, Pool, Darts, Pro Evo and Weight lifting competition - apparently. I’m expecting to just get drunk and chat up hotties. I’m certainly not expecting to win any of the aforementioned events! Its the taking part that counts though of course!

Oh - one more point of interest - my little sister is in California. I’m very Jealous. So Jealous in fact I’ve been planning a little Ski trip over New Year. Don’t know if it will happen yet, but I wanna go away - BADLY! Anyone else fancy? Tom and Will so far. Probably going to drive to Charmonix for 6 days (27th Dec to 2nd Jan). There’ll be room for at least one more and it’ll bring down the costs - so come on - live a little with me - and Ski!
